Rehabilitation

SRS provides rehabilitation services to partner with clients to help them achieve what is important to them. Their team work in your environment where you feel comfortable supporting you to achieve your goals and to live your life. This can be in your home, school or community. SRS work together to determine what your goals are and then develop a programme to support you to achieve your goals.

Rehabilitation services SRS provides:

• Tamariki and Rangatahi – Training for Independence services for children and young people
• Te Ata Tū and Te Ata Pō – Training for Independence services for adults
